The SUISUI Range

Still. Sparkling. Thoughtfully crafted.

Born in the mountains of Tochigi, SUISUI brings Maenikko Brewery’s Japanese brewing craft to a contemporary audience. Water flowing from the Nikko mountains is used alongside carefully selected rice, shaping sake with a strong sense of place, season and modernity. Maenikko selects rice according to the character of each harvest, working with varieties including Yamada Nishiki, Ise Hikari and Gohyakumangoku. The choice can change from year to year, allowing the brewery to work with the material best suited to each expression.
